Warranty Policy

Every pair you buy from DealTrainers comes with a warranty. This is not a marketing line. If the shoes fall apart because of a factory defect, we fix it or we replace it.

What this covers

The warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship. This means issues that were present when the shoes left the factory. Examples include sole separation, stitching that unravels on its own, or a midsole that cracks under normal use.

What this does not cover

Normal wear and tear is not covered. Sneakers are meant to be worn. Creases, scuffs, faded colors, and worn outsoles happen over time. These are signs of use, not defects.

Damage from misuse is not covered. This includes machine washing, exposure to extreme heat, using the shoes for a sport they were not designed for, or modifications you made yourself.

Duration

The warranty lasts for one year from the date you received the shoes. After that, the shoes are yours and any damage is on you.

How to file a claim

Send an email to warranty@dealtrainers.com
Put your order number in the subject line. Attach clear photos of the issue. Show the defect from at least three angles. Include a photo of the entire shoe and a detailed photo of the problem area.

We will review your claim within three business days. If we need more information, we will ask.

What happens if your claim is approved

If the defect is real and the shoes are still in stock, we will send you a new pair. If they are out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or give you store credit, whichever you prefer.

In some cases, we may offer to repair the shoes instead of replacing them. This depends on the nature of the defect. We will tell you upfront what the plan is before we do anything.

Limitations

This warranty only applies to the original buyer. It does not transfer if you sell or give the shoes to someone else.

This warranty only covers shoes bought directly from DealTrainers. If you bought them from a third party or a reseller, you need to contact them.

This is the entire warranty. There are no hidden terms or extra conditions buried in fine print. If something is not listed here, it is not part of the policy.
