ABOUT US
Sneaker culture lost its way. It became about bots, fake exclusivity, and paying triple retail for a piece of rubber and mesh. DealTrainers was built to bypass the noise.
We don’t care about the hype machine; we care about the silhouette, the materials, and the culture. We source authentic heat, keep the pricing grounded, and skip the gatekeeping. Whether you’re hunting for a grail or just need a reliable daily beater, we provide a clean, frictionless experience

What does the protection plan cover?
Your plan covers manufacturing defects and material failures that occur under normal use. This includes:
- Sole separation or delamination
- Stitching failure or unraveling seams
- Cracking or peeling of leather/synthetic upper (not caused by external damage)
- Broken or defective hardware (eyelets, buckles, zippers)
- Midsole crumbling or structural collapse
How long does coverage last?
Coverage begins on the date of purchase and lasts for 12 months. Your proof of purchase (order confirmation email) serves as your warranty registration.Does it cover limited edition or collaboration pairs?
Yes. All authentic sneakers purchased through DealTrainers are covered under the same terms, regardless of retail price or release type.
How do I file a claim?
Email us at support@dealtrainers.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defect (minimum 3 angles)
- A brief description of when and how you noticed the issue
How long do I have to file?
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of discovering the defect. Don't wait — the sooner you report it, the faster we resolve it.Do I need to ship the shoes back?
Not always. In most cases, photos and video are enough for our team to assess the issue. If a physical inspection is required, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label. What's the response time?
You'll receive a confirmation within 24 hours and a decision within 3-5 business days.
What happens if my claim is approved?
We'll offer one of the following, depending on the situation:
- Repair — if the defect is fixable and won't affect performance or appearance
- Replacement — same model and size, if available in stock
- Store credit — full value of the item, if the exact pair is sold out
- Refund — original payment method, if neither repair nor replacement is possible
Who chooses the resolution?
We'll recommend the best option based on the defect and availability, but you always have the final say. If you'd prefer store credit over a repair, we'll make it happen. How long does a repair take?
Typically 7–14 business days from the moment we receive the shoes. We'll send you tracking updates every step of the way.Do I get a new coverage period after a replacement?
Yes. A replacement pair starts a fresh 12-month coverage period from the date of shipment.
What's excluded from coverage?
The following are not considered manufacturing defects:
- Normal wear and tear (crease, scuffs, outsole wear from use)
- Water damage, stains, or discoloration from external exposure
- Damage from improper care, machine washing, or harsh chemicals
- Modifications, custom paint jobs, or unauthorized repairs
- Damage from misuse (e.g., using running shoes for skateboarding)
- Fit issues, comfort preferences, or sizing errors
- Acts of nature, fire, theft, or loss
What if I bought the shoes from a different retailer?
This plan only applies to sneakers purchased directly from DealTrainers.com. For warranty claims on shoes bought elsewhere, please contact the original retailer or the brand directly. Can I transfer the coverage to someone else?
No. Coverage is tied to the original order and purchaser. It's non-transferable.What if my claim is denied?
We'll explain exactly why in writing. If you disagree, you can request a secondary review within 7 days by replying to the denial email. We'll take a second look with fresh eyes.
