Moving the box
Once your order leaves our facility, transit takes exactly 6 to 18 days. This timeline is the same whether you live in New York, Tokyo, or anywhere in between. We use a unified global network so you do not need to guess when your package will arrive.

Following the route
You receive an email with your tracking number the second the shipping label is created. Click that link to watch your box move through sorting facilities. Sometimes the tracking page might not update for a couple of days while the package flies between major hubs. This is completely normal.

When things go wrong
If your tracking page shows no movement for more than five consecutive days, send us a message. We will contact the carrier directly to locate your box. If the system marks your order as delivered but your porch is empty, wait one full day. Drivers occasionally scan packages early. If it still has not shown up after 24 hours, email our support crew so we can file a trace report.

Fixing mistakes
Double check your shipping address before clicking the final payment button. If you realize you made a typo, email us immediately. We can only update your address while the order status still says Processing. Once the box is taped shut and handed over to the logistics partner, the address is locked in the system.
